ROBERT C. BOYD is the founder of the Robert Boyd & Associates PLLC, where he devotes most of his practice to representation of injured parties in personal injury and wrongful death claims including car, motorcycle, and 18-wheeler wrecks; nursing home injuries; workers' compensation claims; and insurance bad faith claim denials. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, the American Association of Justice (Professional Negligence Section and Nursing Home Litigation Group), and the Mississippi Association for Justice (Nursing Home Litigation Section and Workers' Compensation Section). Mr. Boyd also has been a presenter at several CLE seminars regarding Medicare liens and workers' compensation bad faith issues, as well as regularly covering personal injury, nursing home, insurance bad faith, and uninsured and underinsured automobile insurance issues in annual continuing legal education seminars.
