THOMAS BUTCHER is an attorney with Cultiva Law PLLC. He focuses in the representation of clients, ranging from farmers, processors, and retail owners, in disputes concerning administrative violation notices, while providing strategic solutions for their business and litigation needs. Prior to joining Cultiva Law, he practiced litigation at a top Seattle law firm, focused in maritime litigation. Mr. Butcher has also volunteered for over five years for the King County Bar Association's Neighborhood Legal Clinic where they provide legal advice for those unable to afford legal counsel. He obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Washington as a history major and received his J.D. degree from the Seattle University School of Law.
AARON A. PELLEY is an attorney with Cultiva Law PLLC, where he represents cannabis clients and their business strategies. Mr. Pelley has also earned a reputation for effectively handling high profile litigation, defending both individual and corporate clients. He is a founding member of the Cannabis Defense Coalition Legal Committee and a lifetime member of the NORML Legal Committee. Mr. Pelley earned his B.A. degree from Willamette University and J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.
