LAWRENCE S. GLOSSER is a partner with Ahlers Cressman & Sleight PLLC. Mr. Glosser is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions and financing. He brings his past entrepreneurial experience to the practice of law, enabling him to understand both the legal and business issues presented in each transaction. Mr. Glosser assists clients with understanding and evaluating legal issues associated with real estate and business transactions, enabling clients to analyze risk, and make informed business decisions. He graduated, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. Mr. Glosser is admitted to practice in Washington and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
CHRISTOPHER HUNTLEY is an attorney with Mulligan & Bjornnes PLP, and has been practicing law since 2004 primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial lending, and general business and corporate transactional work. He works with corporate and individual clients of all sizes on sophisticated real estate transactions involving assets in multiple jurisdictions. He focuses his real estate practice on commercial, warehouse, office, and industrial leasing; and the acquisition, development and sale of both commercial and residential property. He also assists clients with obtaining the necessary zoning approvals and ensuring that they have proper authority to carry out various real estate transactions; drafting and negotiating easements, licenses, and other agreements affecting real estate; reviewing title and survey issues; and undertaking other types of real estate due diligence review In his finance practice Mr. Huntley has extensive experience drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar loans on behalf of lenders, both large and small, including real estate and construction loans, asset-based financing and mezzanine finance transactions. Mr. Huntley also represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in connection with corporate and entity selection, formation, maintenance, and governance issues; mergers and acquisitions of businesses and business assets; and the drafting and review of business contracts needed for the general operation of his clients’ businesses. He is a Minnesota State Bar Association certified real property law specialist. Mr. Huntley is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of St. Thomas; his LL.M. degree, in international commercial arbitration, from Stockholm Unversitet; and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
ERIC LANGSTON is an attorney with Moye White LLP where he represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, with creditors' rights issues in bankruptcy scenarios, with landlord-tenant matters, and with regards to corporate governance. Mr. Langston previously worked in the bankruptcy and restructuring group of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP in Chicago. He regularly represents lenders in bankruptcy proceedings and also helps them explore out-of-court alternatives, including workouts and restructuring options. Mr. Langston worked for seven years as a data scientist in the higher education industry prior to becoming a lawyer. This skillset is a benefit to Mr. Langston's clients as he is an exceptional problem solver, finding unique solutions to the most complex matters. Most recently, quickly learning the laws relating to remote online notarizations and then conveying that process in a live webinar to lawyers across the state for the Iowa State Bar Association. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Linn County Bar Association and is vice president of the Linn Law Club. Mr. Langston is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Illinois and is a ntary public in Iowa, with capabilities of remote notarization. Mr. Langston received his B.A. degree from Knox College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude from DePaul University.
B. ANTHONY SAUNDERS is a partner in the Nashville law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, where he practices mainly in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law. Mr. Saunders is past law clerk to the Honorable Harry Phillips, senior judge, Sixth Circuit, Court of Appeals. He is a professor at Belmont University. Mr. Saunders also frequently speaks and writes for various professional groups, including the Nashville and Tennessee bar associations, on his areas of practice. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Lipscomb University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee where he was Order of the Coif. He is a member of the Nashville, American and Tennessee bar associations.
