GARY M. SINGER is board certified in real estate law by The Florida Bar. His areas of practice are real estate, foreclosures, civil litigation, debtor/creditor, business law, wills/trusts, title insurance/closings, and short sales. Mr. Singer is a remote online notary public and a remote online civil-law notary in Florida. He is a member of both The Florida Bar and the Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council. Mr. Singer is an elected director of the Broward County Bar Association, a council member for the Gerson Lehrman Group, and is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University. He serves as co-chair for the Broward County Bar Association's Real Property Section. Mr. Singer contributes weekly to nationally syndicated column. He is a member agent of Attorneys' Title Fund Services (Old Republic). Mr. Singer is admitted to practice law in all state and federal courts in Florida, and the bankruptcy court, where he maintains an active litigation and transactional practice. Mr. Singer earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University.
