DIANA MIRET is a business planning guru that focuses on business health and profitability for law firms and medium-size businesses. Ms. Miret has led both large corporate divisions and business start-ups. During her 32 year corporate career, she led operational divisions in IT service management, strategic initiatives, and mergers & acquisitions. She also led corporate project groups focused on major new product development and launches. Ms. Miret received her degree from the University of Cincinnati's School of Business with a dual major in accounting and finance. She was awarded certifications in business process re-engineering (MIT), IT service management and project management.
KELLY C. STURMTHAL is an estate and business planning partner with DSM Law in Jupiter, Florida. Based on her background in entrepreneurship, she also owns a consulting business which has a division called The Profitable Lawyer. She and her business partner help navigate the many details associated with being an entrepreneur. After earning her finance degree from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Sturmthal has been part of growing several law firms and running a consulting firm as she balances the role of being a mompreneur. She has co-authored the blueprint handbook Law Office on a Laptop, with one of her former partners as providing insight to young lawyers is one of her passions. Additionally, Ms. Sturmthal provides many seminars to working moms, families, business owners, and law offices regarding estate planning, business succession planning, and growing a balanced and successful business.
