BRYCE D. COOK is a sole practitioner with the Law Offices of Bryce Cook, PLC. Mr. Cook practices in the areas of family law, criminal defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful foreclosure, and civil litigation. He earned his B.A. degree from Arkansas State University, and his J.D. degree from University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Cook is a member of the Craighead County Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College of DUI Defense.
HADLEY HINDMARSH is a sole practitioner at The Hindmarsh Law Firm, PA, in Rogers, Arkansas. Her practice focuses on family law and ad litem work (representation of children) in custody and visitation cases, adoptions, and guardianships. Since the fall of 2012, Ms. Hindmarsh has represented at-risk youth in juvenile court as a FINS attorney. She has also represented children in school disciplinary proceedings and assisted families in working with local schools to develop, implement and manage IEP and 504 plans for students with special needs. MONICA L. MASON is the managing member of Mason & Harmon, PLLC, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, adoption, real estate and estate planning. Ms. Mason is a member of the American bar association, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicines. She earned her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
MEREDITH M. WINELAND is a sole practitioner in Benton, Arkansas. She practices in the area of family litigation, including divorce, guardianship, custody, adoptions and juvenile law. She has presented seminars on custody matters, guardians, property, legislation and ethics. Ms. Wineland is a graduate of Arkansas State University and earned her J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a member of the Arkansas and Saline County bar associations. Ms. Wineland is a former chair for the State Judicial Ethics Committee, and president and former secretary to the Benton Civil Service Commission. She has been voted best attorney in Saline County and is the president of the Saline County Hospital Board.
