SUSAN B. MOTSCHIEDLER is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's Employment and Labor Law and Litigation practice groups. She maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on employment litigation and counseling, and business litigation. Ms. Motschiedler also maintains a practice of black lung defense counsel in workers' compensation claims brought under the federal Black Lung Benefits Reform Act. She received her B.A. degree from Rhodes College and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. Ms. Motschiedler is admitted to the Utah State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit and is a member of the Utah State Bar, Ethics Advisory Committee, Member of David K. Watkiss Sutherland II Inn of Court, Member of the Salt Lake County Bar Association, and Past President of Women Lawyers of Utah.
