CHRISTOPHER F. PICKERING is the principal attorney for The Pickering Law Firm, P.A. The firm's practice focuses on the issues businesses face during break up, shareholder disputes, and issues with principal employees leaving the business. After earning his B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Iowa, Mr. Pickering earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Creighton University. From 1982 to 1984, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Richard H. Ralston, U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri.
