DAVID N. HARGER is an attorney with Wise & Reber, LC, where his trial practice is primarily concentrated in civil, criminal defense, personal injury, insurance, commercial and financial litigation. Mr. Harger regularly appears in both state and federal courts in Kansas, handling a wide range of civil and criminal disputes. He is an active member of the McPherson and Harvey counties, Kansas, and American bar associations, and the Kansas and National Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Harger earned his B.S. degree and his J.D. degree from the University of Kansas.
