RICHARD T. WELLS is an attorney in the Haddonfield, New Jersey, office of Archer & Greiner P.C. Mr. Wells practices in the areas of land use, environmental permitting & compliance and cannabis law. He has been significantly involved in the cannabis industry. During New Jersey's last round of applications for licenses to operate medical marijuana alternative treatment centers, he assisted a number of teams in the site identification and acquisition process, negotiating lease, purchase, and option agreements tailored toward providing his clients with both the protection and flexibility required by the unique demands placed upon license applicants. Mr. Wells received his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
