SCOTT M. BEHREN is the principal attorney in the Behren Law Firm in Weston. Mr. Behren practices in the areas of commercial litigation and employment law throughout the state of Florida. He has written articles for local publications, and has spoken on employment law issues for both the National Employment Lawyers Annual Convention and conferences of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Muhlenberg College; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami, College of Law. Mr. Behren is a member of The Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, and the Florida Chapter of National Employment Lawyers Association.
G. GRANT DIXON III is the founder of the Dixon Law Office with offices in LaGrange, Chicago, and Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. The firm represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury, wrongful death and workers' compensation cases. He has obtained multiple million-dollar verdicts as well as several record verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has been recognized nationally for his representation of injured victims including six-time Super Lawyer, multiyear Leading Lawyer, and 40 Under 40 lawyer. Mr. Dixon has been the author or coauthor of 32 legal articles and 93 presentations on a wide variety of legal topics around the country. Mr. Dixon earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
JOHN M. LYNCH is an attorney at The Law Offices of John M. Lynch, where his practice includes federal criminal defense, DUI/DWI defense, drug possession defense, white-collar crime defense, personal injury, gun law, and general trial litigation. Mr. Lynch is a member of The Missouri Bar, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, International Homicide Investigators Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Lynch has a strong law enforcement background with a decade of experience as a police investigator and federal drug task force agent. ANTHONY R. YANEZ is an attorney with Blank Rome LLP, where he concentrates his practice on consumer finance and commercial litigation matters. He has experience with commercial disputes, enforcement of commercial loan documents, consumer financial services, catastrophic personal injury and premises liability actions, probate litigation, and all aspects of civil litigation. As a member of the consumer financial services team, Mr. Yanez also regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law UDAP claims, and a variety of common law claims. He is admitted to practice in Florida, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Yanez earned his B.B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
