How to Set Goals for Your Career and Why it Matters
KENDRA BRODIN, MSW, JD, is the chief attorney development officer at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where she is responsible for the holistic development of the firm's lawyers at all levels, including associate training and firm-wide well-being initiatives. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, cum laude, and obtained her master's degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Brodin brings a depth of knowledge and experience in lawyer recruiting, legal career/professional/business development, and attorney well-being. She is a former president of Minnesota Women Lawyers; is the co-founder and chairperson of the Institute for Leadership in the Legal Profession signature program of the Hennepin County Bar Association; and has held a variety of leadership and volunteer positions with the Minnesota State Bar Association, the National Association of Law Placement (NALP), and the Professional Development Consortium (PDC).
