CHRISTINE A. SULLIVAN is an attorney with Berchem Moses, P.C., in Milford, Connecticut. Ms. Sullivan is involved in a wide variety of general and special education issues, in both the public and private sectors. Her focus is in the area of special education law, representing boards of education in special education, student expulsion, transportation and residency issues. Ms. Sullivan also has over twenty years of experience representing individual clients in a variety of litigation related matters including personal injury, workers' compensation, social security disability, and family matters. She received her doctorate in educational psychology with a concentration in special education and gained experience teaching at a graduate level and drafting curriculum for a graduate certificate program concentrating in public health and disability while working as the director of education and training at the University of Connecticut Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, before returning to private practice concentrating in special education.
