MICKI MORAN is a partner with Grund & Leavitt. She was the founding partner of The Child and Family Law Center of the North Shore, a firm dedicated to serving the needs of children and families in special education, mental health, DCFS defense, juvenile law, and divorce and parenting issues. In October, Ms. Moran merged The Child and Family Law Center with Grund & Leavitt. Ms. Moran has been an adjunct faculty member at Loyola Law School where she taught special education law and therapeutic jurisprudence. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Lake County and Illinois State bar associations, as well as serving as a volunteer on the boards of organizations serving children and adults with special education needs and or mental health issues. Ms. Moran earned her J.D. degree from Cleveland State.
