He received his B.A. degree from the University of Texas and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio. Mr. Andrews is a member of the Austin Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, a former president of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, and a former director at the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has tried cases to verdict in state and federal court, and argued before the Third Court of Appeals in Austin and the Fifth Circuit.
