JEFF WEINTRAUB is a partner in the Memphis office of the management-side employment & labor firm Fisher & Phillips LLP. Mr. Weintraub represents employers in jury trials involving employment discrimination, harassment, and “whistleblower” lawsuits, FLSA collective actions, and labor cases in all courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and government agencies such as the EEOC and the NLRB. He is licensed in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. Mr. Weintraub teaches the Labor & Employee Relations segment in SHRM’s HR Certification Course and trains supervisors in such matters around the U.S. He was selected for HR Executive’s 2017-2019 Top 100 Most Powerful Employment Lawyers in the Nation, and is included in Chambers USA’s leading employment attorneys, The Best Lawyers in America for more than 20 years, Mid-South Super Lawyers, the World's Leading Labour & Employment Lawyers (UK), and Inside Memphis Business’s Power Players in Employment Law Mr. Weintraub earned his B.S. degree from the University of Memphis and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis School of Law.
