E. JASON TREMBLAY is a business attorney and litigator at Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP, who advises financial institutions, secondary and higher education institutions, local governments, and companies in a wide range of industries on employment law and commercial disputes. His experience in employment matters include counseling, negotiation and litigation on issues critical to the evolving workplace, including wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenant matters, FMLA, ADA, ADEA and Title VII claims. In the commercial area, Mr. Tremblay handles a broad range of complex business and tort litigation matters, including matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, interference with contract, shareholder disputes, and insurance coverage. Mr. Tremblay is an active member in the Illinois State Bar Association, the GOA Regional Business Association, and the Small Business Advocacy Council. He recently wrote the fifth edition of The Employment Law Toolkit for Illinois Employers-How to Protect Your Business From Liability and Comply with State and Federal Employment Laws. Mr. Tremblay earned his B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. degree, with high honors, from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
