JASON A. FISCHBEIN is an attorney with the law firm of Fisher & Phillips LLP in San Diego. Mr. Fischbein represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-hour class action lawsuits. He also counsels clients on compliance with privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), for both employee and consumer data protection. Mr. Fischbein received his B.A. degree from the University of California, San Diego, and his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School. He is a member of Lawyers Club of San Diego.
PHILLIP G. SIMPLER is an attorney with the law firm of Fisher & Phillips LLP in San Diego. Mr. Simpler represents national, regional, and local employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including wrongful termination, defamation, harassment, discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour class actions, and PAGA cases. He also advises employers in all areas of their daily employment practices and other developments in the legal landscape. Mr. Simpler received his B.A. degree from the College of Charleston and his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a board member of the Korean American Bar Association of San Diego.
