MATTHEW E. YELVERTON is the founder of Yelverton Litigators, where he practices in the area of personal injury, focusing on alcohol- and drug-related related accidents, trucking accidents, nursing home abuse and neglect, and wrongful death. Mr. Yelverton is admitted to practice in South Carolina and North Carolina, and has tried cases to verdict in both states. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association of Justice, the North Carolina Association of Justice, and the South Carolina Nursing Home Litigators Group. Mr. Yelverton also currently serves on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association of Justice. He earned his bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
