CHARLES R. GALLAGHER III is a managing partner with Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A., where his current practice focuses on insurance litigation, foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, and consumer law. Mr. Gallagher is a member of The Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, and American Bar Association. He is currently the vice-chair of the Programs Board of the American Bar Association's Solo, Small Firm and General Practice Division. Mr. Gallagher is currently admitted to practice before all courts within Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida; and the U.S. Tax Court. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with a degree in politics and earned his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
