KEVIN T. HARDY is the managing member of Hardy Law Firm, LLC in Lexington. He assists clients with estate planning to ensure their wishes are carried out upon their death, and probate matters to transfer property after the death of a loved one. Mr. Hardy advises small business owners on the formation, purchase, and sale of businesses. He has also represented buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and has served as a settlement agent and title insurance agent. Mr. Hardy has participated in the South Carolina Bar’s Ask-a-Lawyer program and the Young Lawyers Division’s Wills Clinics, where he volunteers his time preparing wills for law enforcement officers, fire fighters and EMTs. Mr. Hardy is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar. He has been appointed to serve on the South Carolina Bar’s Technology Committee since its re-launch in 2018. He earned his B.A. degree from The University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
