FOSTER is a partner with Foster Denman LLP, concentrating his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, nonprofit organizations, charitable giving, health law, and business law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Oregon State Bar (Board of Governors, 2017-present, Estate Planning & Administration Section, Executive Committee, 2011-present, Taxation, Business Law, and Real Estate & Land Use sections), Jackson County Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Foster earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oregon, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Washington.
