MONICA DAVIS has practiced law for seven years and founded NM Trust and Probate Law Firm, LLC, where she represents executors, spouses, family members, and beneficiaries throughout the state in disputes over estates. Ms. Davis has extensive knowledge and familiarity with the Uniform Probate Code and Uniform Trust Code. She provides representation for probate administration, trust litigation, foreclosure defense and estate litigation. Ms. Davis is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of New Mexico, her J.D. degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law, and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University.
