ALYSON R. MARCUCIO is an attorney and member with Chipman Mazzucco Emerson LLC. She practices in the firm's estate planning and probate group, with considerable emphasis on elder law. Her practice in elder law includes long term care, incapacity and special needs planning, eligibility for Medicaid and other public benefits, and conservatorship proceedings. Ms. Marcucio is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Elder Law and Estates & Probate Section; the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Connecticut Chapter, Board of Directors, Program Committee; as well as the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of New Haven; her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law; and her LL.M. degree from Boston University School of Law.
