Mr. Clouser has lectured previously on his areas of expertise. He is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Nevada, The Florida Bar, and the Tennessee Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree from Eastern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee.
