CHRISTOPHER G. HAWLEY is an attorney with the law firm of McDonald Hopkins LLC, where he is a member in the firm’s Business Department. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate counseling. He earned both his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University.
