RACHEL BLUNK is the managing attorney in the Greensboro and Charlotte offices of the Forrest Firm. Ms. Blunk focuses her practice on the needs of businesses and business owners, handling both business disputes and litigation matters, as well as commercial transactions. In her litigation practice, she regularly handles dispute resolution matters, from pre-suit negotiations to post-judgment collections and appeals. On the transactional side, she focuses on the needs of closely-held corporations at all stages, from formation through succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, or dissolution. Ms. Blunk received her B.A. degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and her J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys, and has been named a North Carolina Rising Star by the North Carolina Super Lawyers Magazine since 2014.
