JILL FRIEDMAN HELFMAN is a partner in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP and serves as the chair of the firm's domestic relations practice group. Ms. Helfman is certified through the Ohio State Bar Association as a family law specialist and concentrates her practice in the area of family law. Her experience includes analysis and litigation of complex business valuation, property division and tax issues, and tax considerations involved in the payment and receipt of spousal support. Ms. Helfman also handles difficult custody and parenting time matters. She is a fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a past president of the Ohio Chapter. Ms. Helfman is certified as an arbitrator through the AAML Matrimonial Arbitration Training Institute. She has been frequently selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers In America, and as a Leading Lawyer by Inside Business. She earned her A.B. degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
