JEFFREY T. PALZER is the managing partner of the Omaha law firm of Kellogg & Palzer, P.C., where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, guardianship, conservatorship, small business planning and business transitions. Mr. Palzer works in the areas of estate planning with a variety of clients, both individuals and trust departments. He currently serves on the Planned Giving Committee for the Institute for Priestly Formation and previously served on the Estate Planning Committee for the Omaha Archdiocese Committee on Development. He was an adjunct faculty member at Creighton University, where he taught legal writing and lawyering skills and served as the director of the Legal Writing Center. Mr. Palzer earned his B.A. degree from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.
