DANIEL J. SINCLAIR is a member of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC. Mr Sinclair focuses his practice primarily in the defense of toxic tort and product liability lawsuits. He has extensive courtroom experience, successfully trying cases to verdict representing large corporations, small companies, municipalities, and individuals. He currently represents three Fortune 200 corporations, including two automakers, in the defense of their asbestos claims. Mr. Sinclair is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania bar associations, the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Sinclair earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
