ROSS C. ALLEN is an attorney in the Midlothian law firm of Owen & Owens PLC, where he practices in the area of real estate law. His practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting residential and commercial leases, zoning issues, commercial and residential landlord representation, enforcing restrictive covenants, litigating construction injunctions, and assisting developers. Mr. Allen is equally adept at negotiation and litigation, and can assist at every level of a commercial or residential real estate transaction. He is admitted to practice in Virginia. Mr. Allen is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He earned his B.S. degree from Florida State University and J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.
