Presenter: Hilary S. Vaughn
HILARY S. VAUGHN is of counsel with the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP, where she focuses on commercial real estate development, land use, acquisitions and dispositions, due diligence and title review, commercial leasing, property exchanges, real estate finance and secured transactions, and rehabilitation and disposition of special assets. Ms. Vaughn has handled a wide variety of commercial real estate projects, including retail, office, medical office, hospitality, industrial, agricultural, mixed-use, multi-family and investment properties, as well as master-planned developments and renewable energy projects. Her experience as an underwriter at a national title insurance company also makes her a helpful resource for resolving tough title issues. Ms. Vaughn is a member and former chair of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar; former chair of the Legislative Committee of the Idaho Land Title Association; sits on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute - Idaho; and is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Idaho Women Lawyers, and CREW Idaho (Commercial Real Estate Women/CREW Network). She received her B.A. degree from the College of Idaho and her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law.
