JERRY R. FOXHOVEN is principal of Foxhoven Consulting in Des Moines where he is a consultant on child welfare, juvenile justice, legal ethics and diversity issues. He was in private practice for 23 years. He earned his B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Morningside College and his J.D. degree from Drake University where he served as a member of the Drake Law Review. Mr. Foxhoven previously acted as executive director of the Drake University legal Clinic and taught law office management at the Drake University law school. He is a former member of the Polk County and Iowa State bar associations. Mr. Foxhoven is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Association of Trial Lawyers of Iowa (member, Board of Governors) and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
