HARDESTY JR. is the founding attorney of Hardesty Law Group, PC, where his practice areas include corporate and business law, commercial and residential real estate, estate and gift tax planning, estate administration, and federal and state tax controversy. Mr. Hardesty is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and before the U.S. District Court, District of New York, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Morris County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Hardesty earned his B.S. degree from Purdue University, his M.B.A. degree from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law.
BRIAN G. ISAACSON is a sole practitioner in Seattle at the Isaacson Law Firm. He is a member of the Academy of Attorney-CPAs, whose practice focuses on estate and trust tax planning and controversy, and Medicaid benefits planning. He is the co-author of a handbook titled, "Protect Your IRA, Avoid the 5 Common Mistakes." He received his B.A. degree from St. Martin's College, J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law, and LL.M. degree, in taxation, from the University of Denver.
PAUL W. JONES is a partner is in the law firm of Hale & Wood, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of tax, business, estate planning, wills, trust, probate, and real estate. He is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court, Federal District Court of Utah and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Jones is a member of the Utah State Bar. He is also a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Jones earned his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; and his master's degree from Weber State University.
LOUIS A. SILVERMAN is an attorney at Silverman Law Offices, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate law, and related tax matters. Mr. Silverman became board-certified in estate and trust law by the State Bar of Arizona. His practice emphasizes estate planning, which includes wills and trusts and other estate planning devices, and trust administration and probate, which includes death probate, guardianship and conservatorship. Mr. Silverman has served as judge pro tem on the Maricopa County Superior Court. He is a member of WealthCounsel and is a past member of the Elder Law, Mental Health and Special Needs Planning Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Silverman is on the Board of Trustees of Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and past president of the Board of Directors of Tempe Leadership. Mr. Silverman earned his B.S. degree in business from Arizona State University and his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Arizona and Texas, the U.S. District Court for Arizona, and the Western District of Texas.
