MARK S. CHERRY is an attorney with Mark S. Cherry Attorney at Law, which is a general practice professional law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey that, in addition to the general practice of law, assists homeowners across New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law and bankruptcy law. Mr. Cherry is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Federal District courts, Bankruptcy Court, Federal Court of Appeals and U.S. Tax Court. In addition to being an accredited civil mediator, he is also the member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA), and New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). He earned his J.D. degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University. Before that he earned his B.B.A. degree from Temple University (Moot Court Honor Society).
MARK HAZELBAKER is an attorney with Kasieta Legal Group, LLC. He continues to emphasize representation of local governments, small businesses, and litigation. Mr. Hazelbaker began his career as legal counsel of the Wisconsin Counties Association. He served as personnel director/corporation counsel, and later as administrative coordinator for Manitowoc County. Mr. Hazelbaker has been in private practice since 1992, first with downtown Madison law firms, and then in his own firm since 1999. He has lectured many times on labor and employment law, land use law, and municipal law for various business and professional groups. Mr. Hazelbaker has also published law reviews and other articles. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Litigation and Labor and Employment and Government Lawyers Division sections). Mr. Hazelbaker earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
NEAL A. JACOBS is the managing attorney and firm founder of the Jacobs Law Group PC. Mr. Jacobs' practice is focused on complex corporate, business and litigation matters. He devotes particular attention to privately held companies and their shareholder and member relations. Mr. Jacobs focuses on complex corporate matters involving the interplay of the rights and obligations of management and the various classes of equity holders and lenders and others. He is a member of the Philadelphia, New Jersey State and Pennsylvania bar associations, as well as, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Jacobs earned his B.S. degree, in economics, from Cook College, Rutgers University. He earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden.
JONATHAN B. WILSON is a partner with Taylor English Duma LLP, where he is a member of the firm's corporate and business practice group He focuses his practice on corporate securities, corporate finance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. Mr. Wilson represents Fortune 100, middle-market and start-up companies, as well as both large and small companies outsourcing, patent licensing, distribution, and strategic alliance agreements Mr. Wilson founded the Renewable Energy Committee of the American Bar Association's Public Utility Section, and continues to chair that committee, writing and speaking frequently on renewable energy and clean technology development. He is a member of the American Bar Association (chair, Renewable Energy Committee, Public Utility Section; member, Internet Industry Committee, Public Utility Section), as well as the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Wilson earned his B. A. degree, with honors, from the College of William and Mary, and his J.D. degree from the George.Washington University School of Law.
