RICHARD E. CONNER JR. is the owner of The Conner Law Firm where he practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, trusts, real estate, and elder law. Mr. Conner is a member of the South Carolina Bar. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina. Mr. Conner earned his B.S. degree from The Citadel, his M.A. and J.D. degrees from Regent University, and his LL.M. degree from Villanova University.
R. MICHAEL MUNDEN is a tax attorney who practices in Myrtle Beach and is the principal of R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. He also holds the CPA, ChFC and CLU designations. Mr. Munden is a frequent speaker on tax, estate planning, probate, and retirement plan topics. He is a certified public accountant in South Carolina (not currently actively practicing). Mr. Munden is a member of the Horry County and American bar associations, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Tax Council. Mr. Munden lectures at Wall College of Business at Coastal Carolina University. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina and his ChFC and CLU degrees from American College.
THOMAS W. WINSLOW is a founding partner of Goldfinch Winslow, LLC, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. He has vast experience with medical malpractice, personal injury, employment law, estate administration, criminal matters, real estate, probate, homeowners associations, police and jail misconduct, maritime law, and products liability. Mr. Winslow is admitted to practice in South Carolina and Washington D.C., and before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is a certified mediator with the state of South Carolina. Mr. Winslow earned his B.A. degree from the University of South Carolina, his J.D. degree from Loyola School of Law, and his LL.M. degree in Maritime Law from the Charleston School of Law.
