ELISABETH MOHR is a partner and managing attorney with McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC, in Chicago. Ms. Mohr focuses her practice primarily on the representation of mortgagees and secured creditors in foreclosure cases pending in the Illinois circuit courts. She also oversees the Illinois team of default foreclosure attorneys. Previously, Ms. Mohr represented mortgagees in foreclosure and bankruptcy litigation, including matters brought under federal and state regulations, in Illinois state and federal courts. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
