PATRICIA L. ANDEL is a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Patricia L. Andel, A.P.C., with offices in Carlsbad and Big Bear. She has 33 years of experience as an attorney and is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust & probate law with the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. DEETTE L. LOEFFLER is a partner in the San Diego law firm of Miller, Monson, Peshel, Polecek & Hoshaw. Ms. Loeffler's practice includes assisting individuals and businesses to minimize a variety of taxes, including income, property, estate, gift, and generation skipping taxes; preparing estate and gift tax returns; preparing premarital plans to minimize disputes; and estate plans to simplify transfers on incapacity/death. In addition to planning, she handles trust administrations and probates, and assists professional and business owner clients with entity formation and maintenance. Ms. Loeffler previously served as a judge advocate in the United States Army Reserve, she retired in 2014 after 24 years in that role. She is admitted to practice in the state of California.
