DAVID M. ADKINS is managing partner of The Adkins Law Firm, PLLC, where he is responsible for the management of all aspects of their civil case load related to plaintiff’s personal injury cases, family law cases, and employment law cases, representing employers and employees. Mr. Adkins is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern districts of West Virginia. He earned his B.A. degree from Alderson-Broaddus College and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Adkins was selected as a 2014 West Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star (employment litigation-plaintiff).
CAMERON FUQUA is the sole owner/founder of The Fuqua Firm located in Charleston, West Virginia. He is licensed to practice law in both Florida and West Virginia, and has managed the firm for the last two years. Mr. Fuqua received his bachelors degree in economics from the University of Northern Iowa and his J.D. degree at Florida State University. He handles a variety of cases including a vast range of motor vehicle related claims.
STEPHEN C. LITTLEPAGE is a sole practitioner in Point Pleasant, West Virginia, operating the law firm of Hyer & Littlepage, where he practices in the areas of personal injury and criminal litigation. Mr. Littlepage has served for a number of years as an adjunct professor for Marshall University Community College. He earned his B.A. degree from West Virginia University and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law. Mr. Littlepage is a member of The West Virginia State Bar.
