JOEL P. JONES JR. is an attorney with Campbell Woods, PLLC. His main areas of practice include real property; trusts and estates, including estate planning and administration; creditors’ rights and bankruptcy; general business; and secured transactions. Mr. Jones is a member of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation and the Federalist Society, and a board member of the Greater Huntington Estate Planning Council. He earned his B.S. degree from Marshall University in ecology and evolutionary biology and his J.D. degree from the West Virginia University College of Law, where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Mr. Jones is admitted to the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern districts of West Virginia, Supreme Court of Ohio, and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
DANIEL T. LATTANZI is an attorney with the law firm of Pepper & Nason, where he represents individuals in bankruptcy, consumer protection, domestic, and other civil matters, with an emphasis on predatory mortgage lending. Mr. Lattanzi is a member of The West Virginia and Kentucky bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
ANDREW S. NASON is a partner in the Charleston law firm of Pepper & Nason. He has been very active in bankruptcy matters, particularly in Chapter 13 wage earner cases. Mr. Nason has argued cases before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, has conducted jury trials on various civil and criminal cases, and has litigated numerous cases and appeals. He is the current chair of the Family Law Committee and has served on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society. Mr. Nason earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of North Carolina.
