He chairs SAKG’s construction and design practice group and is also a member of the firm’s business and commercial litigation practice group. Mr. Kennard is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of construction law, is a fellow member of the Construction Lawyers Society of America and the American Bar Foundation, and has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers in the area of construction litigation since 2008. He previously served as president of the Construction Law sections of the Kansas Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
