RICK L. AMBURGEY is an attorney with Walter Haverfield LLP's Business Services group. He focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, financial services, and commercial real estate. Mr. Amburgey represents clients in a wide range of matters, including the representation of both developers and prime contractors in construction contract negotiations, the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial finance and lending transactions, the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, leasing of retail, office, warehouse and industrial properties, and the negotiation of easements and other land use agreements. He also has experience in the formation, acquisition and equity financing of business entities, including the drafting of incorporation proceedings, operating agreements, private placement memorandums, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and joint venture agreements. DAVID M. BENJAMIN is a sole practitioner with the Law Office of David M. Benjamin, in Aurora. ROBERT A. ZIMMERMAN is a partner in the law firm of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP, and chair of the firm's public law practice group.
