JOHN C. ANDERSON is principal of the Anderson Firm, LLC, where he concentrates in bankruptcy and debtor-creditor law. His practice includes corporate and business law, and commercial litigation, with a predominate emphasis on bankruptcy reorganization law and commercial litigation. Mr. Anderson's bankruptcy reorganization representation includes debtors, creditors, and banks; and his special orientation is to business reorganization under Chapter 11. He has written more than 20 law review articles on creditors' rights and remedies and bankruptcy law. Mr. Anderson has also spoken to more than 70 seminars on the legal issues in these areas of the law for the bar associations of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas; for various law schools, including LSU, Loyola, Southern Mississippi, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas, and Texas Tech; and for professional seminar companies. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association (past chairman, past council member, Corporate and Business Law Section) and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Anderson earned his B.A. degree from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University Law School, where he was a member of the Louisiana Law Review.
DALE R. BARINGER is a manager of The Baringer Law Firm, LLC, and has 36 years of experience. His areas of emphasis are in the fields of tax law (planning, business transactions, dispute resolution and tax litigation); securities law; bankruptcy law; corporate law; business organizations; commercial and business litigation; mergers and acquisitions; life, accident, and health insurance law; and construction law. Mr. Baringer is certified as a specialist by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization in the field of tax law. He is a former hearing officer for the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board. Mr. Baringer has been a frequent lecturer at seminars on topics covering various business organizations, choice of business entity, ethics, bankruptcy, and numerous tax topics. He earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University, his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University School of Law, and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University. Mr. Baringer is a member of the Louisiana State (member, Taxation Section, Corporate Law Section), American (member, Taxation Section, Business Law Section), Baton Rouge, and Federal bar associations, as well as the Bar Association of the 5th Federal Circuit Court. He is the current president of the Dean Henry George McMahon American Inn of Court.
CAMILLE R. BRYANT is an attorney with McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, in their New Orleans office. Ms. Bryant defends and counsels clients in employment discrimination matters for both union and non-union workforces, assisting with matters involving collective bargaining, grievance handling, working within the framework of a union contract, and other general legal counsel. She also handles matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including unfair labor practice proceedings and representation case hearings. She also practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense and products liability defense. Ms. Bryant earned her B.S. degree from Southern University and A&M College and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. She is a member of the New Orleans Association for Women Attorneys (board member), New Orleans Bar Association (Young Lawyers Committee, chair of Public Service Committee, Minorities in the Profession Committee), Louisiana State Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
GREGORY S. LACOUR is a partner with the law firm of Blue Williams, LLP. He specializes in estate planning, fiduciary litigation and corporate governance. Mr. LaCour draws from over 22 years of litigation experience as he provides advice both to fiduciaries and to business owners. His other practice areas include estate planning, business succession planning, corporate acquisitions, sales and mergers, and contractual drafting and negotiations. He has extensive litigation and trial experience in both state and federal courts. Mr. LaCour earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center at Louisiana State University.
DANTÉ V. MARALDO is a partner with the law firm of Blue Williams, LLP. His practice consists primarily of business consulting, business transactions, corporate law, commercial litigation, medical malpractice litigation and healthcare law. Mr. Maraldo received his B.S. degree in international trade and finance, cum laude, from Louisiana State University and his degree of J.D. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. Mr. Maraldo is a member of the New Orleans, Jefferson, Louisiana State, and Federal bar associations, and a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.
KEITH NACCARI is a partner with Sternberg, Naccari & White, LLC, where he practices business, tax and transactional law as counsel to business entities throughout the Gulf Coast area. His varied business transaction practice involves the representation of both closely held and multinational corporations. Mr. Naccari interests include mergers and acquisitions, developing deal structures, business strategy coaching, complex financial issues, and conservation easement projects. He has developed a tax strategies practice: structuring transactions and developing investments to optimize tax benefits. Mr. Naccari has significant experience in accounting and tax credits and teaches at Tulane University. He received his L.L.M. degree in taxation from New York University; his B.B.A. degree from Millsaps College; and his M.B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, both from Loyola University New Orleans.
CLAYTON J. WHITE is a partner with Sternberg, Naccari & White, LLC, where he has over 25 years of experience working with start-up and early-stage companies. His background includes organizational structure, mergers and acquisitions, financial management and controls, capital structure, and corporate governance. Mr. White has been to the closing table from all sides, buying, selling, and closing transactions as counsel to buyers and sellers. He is a member and organizer of the South Coast Angel Fund, and a member of the Louisiana and Alabama Bar. Mr. White received his B.S. degree in physics, his M.B.A. degree, and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
