JOHN HOLLEMAN is an attorney with Holleman and Associates, P.A. He handles complex litigation matters nationwide, including an employee’s right to fair pay, oil and gas matters for landowners, and employment law. Mr. Holleman is nationally recognized for the cases he has handled involving employers not allowing workers to report all time worked, pay workers overtime, or having the workers on straight salary when they should be getting overtime. He is a charter member of the American Association for Justice’s Wage and Hour Section and most recently spoke at its section meeting at the national conference in New York City. Mr. Holleman is also an active member of the National Employment Law Project’s Wage and Hour Clearinghouse.
