TODD W. BARTIMOLE is an attorney with Solomon, Steiner & Peck, Ltd. For over 25 years Mr. Bartimole has focused his practice on the needs of the elderly and disabled. He is a former Long Term Care Ombudsman, and ran a program to assist Medicare beneficiaries appeal their wrongfully denied Medicare claims. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, past president of the Ohio Chapter of NAELA, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is formally a member of the Board of Volunteer Guardianship Services. Mr. Bartimole is admitted to practice in Ohio. He earned his A.B. degree in political science from Ohio University; and his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshal College of Law in 1993.
