JONATHAN E. GOLDBERG is a partner with the law firm of Schochor, Federico & Staton, P.A., where he practices in the areas of medical negligence, personal injury, and civil litigation. Mr. Goldberg previously has spoken for various professional groups on his areas of practice. He is a member of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, the Maryland State Bar Association, the American Bar Association (member, Section of Litigation; Health Law Litigation Committee) and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. Mr. Goldberg is also an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocacy. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore. ROBERT J. KASIETA is the founder of Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, in Madison, Wisconsin. He is a certified civil pretrial and trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Kasieta practices in civil litigation, with an emphasis on plaintiff personal injury and employment cases, as well as commercial litigation. TRACY N. TOOL is a partner with the law firm of Bye, Goff & Rohde, Ltd., serving Wisconsin and Minnesota. Since 1990, Mr. Tool has focused his practice in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury litigation, nursing home malpractice, wrongful death, employment litigation, and civil rights litigation. He is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial specialist. Mr. Tool earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota School of Law.
