MICHAEL C. ADGES is a sole practitioner in Williston Park, New York, where he focuses his practice in the area of real property, landlord-tenant law, bankruptcy, and collections. Mr. Adges is admitted to practice in New York State and Nassau County bar associations. He has long been a featured lecturer and speaker at events. Mr. Adges is also a former adjunct professor of law at Queens College Law School, where he taught real estate transactions. Mr. Adges earned his B.A. degree from Stony Brook University and his J.D. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
ANDREW L. CRABTREE is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., in Melville, New York. The firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction, and general commercial business matters. Mr. Crabtree has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales, and commercial leasing; and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain, in commercial leasing, and landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Crabtree earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School. He sits on the Zoning Board of Appeals in East Hills, New York and has been named a Super Lawyer in 2015, 2016 & 2017.
ROBERT L. GORDON is a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Robert L. JAMES P. RIGANO is an attorney at Rigano LLC. He has concentrated his practice exclusively in environmental law for more than two decades. Mr. Rigano has served in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where he was involved in a variety of water pollution control programs and was environmental counsel to the New York Power Authority. He has extensive experience in subsurface contamination and solid waste issues and has represented clients in numerous matters before environmental regulatory agencies. Mr. Rigano also has extensive experience with environmental issues in Brownfield development projects. Prior to practicing law, he was employed for five years as an environmental scientist conducting research on the environmental effects of electric power generation. Mr. Rigano has written more than 40 articles and has lectured extensively on a variety of environmental insurance coverage topics. He has also chaired more than 20 environmental conferences. Mr. Rigano is actively involved in civic, business and bar association organizations. He earned his J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 1982. Mr. Rigano also holds a M.S. degree in biology from New York University and a B.A. degree in marine and environmental science from Adelphi University.
