DRAYTON D. BERKLEY is the founder and owner of The Berkley Law Firm PLLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Berkley has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and focuses his practice on plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death claims resulting from trucking accidents. He draws from a highly focused and unique background that includes an engineering education that affords him the advanced mathematical aptitude essential to understanding the physics of trucking accidents. Mr. Berkley also has handled claims defending insurance companies, giving him a valuable perspective on defense strategies and tactics. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar. Mr. Berkley earned his B.E. and his J.D. degrees from the University of Mississippi.
JOHN E. DUNLAP is a sole practitioner in Memphis, where he is board certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. His main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. Mr. Dunlap has spoken on consumer bankruptcy and workers' compensation, as well as having spoken for a company called SCES, Sterling Education Services, and for the Memphis Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.
MICHAEL GOODIN is the managing attorney of Adelman Law Firm, PLLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Goodin graduated, cum laude, from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, University of Memphis, in 2008; and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. Mr. Goodin is an experienced trial attorney practicing in the field of insurance defense litigation with a concentration in healthcare law. He represents senior services providers along the continuum of care, including skilled nursing, assisted living, behavioral health, home health and hospice. He has represented his healthcare clients in state and federal trial courts, appellate courts, and at the agency level in the survey appeals process.
ROBERT VANCE is a forensic CPA and forensic economist concentrating his practice on business valuation, divorce litigation support, commercial lost profits and personal injury economic damage calculations, forensic investigations and expert witness testimony. He is the principal of Forensic & Valuation Services, PLC, in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Vance is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and National Association of Forensic Economics (NAFE); is a past president of the Memphis Chapter of the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA); and is the chairman of the Forensic & Valuation Services Task Force of the TSCPA. He has served as an officer on several nonprofit boards, including the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis and The Phoenix Club of Memphis. Mr. Vance is a frequent speaker both locally and nationally for the TSCPA, various local bar associations and the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Association for Justice, NACVA, AICPA, NBI, Tennessee Attorneys Memo and other private organizations. He has written numerous pieces, including a chapter for the national publication, Valuing Professional Practices and Licenses, A Guide for the Matrimonial Practitioner; and articles published in the Tennessee Bar Journal, TSCPA’s CPA Journal, Memphis Lawyer, American Journal of Family Law, Memphis Business Journal, Family Practice - the Newsletter for the Family Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, and The Young Lawyers' Appeal. Mr. Vance earned his B.B.A. degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee; and has earned the credentials of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He has been appointed as a Special Master five times; and qualified as an expert and testified in 101 trials and hearings, 14 with a jury, in 43 different courts.
