MARK T. HAYDEN is a partner in the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He is an accomplished trial attorney who focuses his practice on business disputes, with a particular expertise in the areas of products liability, competitive practices/unfair competition, insurance and construction litigation. Mr. Hayden has been lead trial counsel in more than 25 jury trials for both plaintiffs and defendants, and has one of the largest jury verdicts in a commercial dispute in Kentucky. He is recognized in Best Lawyers in America in commercial litigation and corporate law, and in Ohio Super Lawyers. Mr. Hayden also is listed as one of Cincy magazine's Leading Lawyers. Prior to joining Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, he was the managing partner of another Cincinnati firm, as well as a member of that firm's management committee. Among other honors, Mr. Hayden has been named to the Tri-State Power 100 list multiple times (published by Cincy magazine), and he has been selected to participate in Leadership Cincinnati Class 33 and the Cincinnati Business Courier Forty Under 40 program. He earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law.
DOUGLAS P. HOLTHUS is the administrative partner for the Columbus, Ohio, office of Mazanec, Raskin & Ryder Co., L.P.A. His practice areas include business/commercial litigation, civil rights and governmental liability, construction litigation, directors and officers liability, employment law, insurance coverage and bad faith, professional liability and public sector law. He served as general counsel for Kokosing Construction Company from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Holthus is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA), the Columbus Bar Association (Professionalism Committee, past chair) and the Professional Liability Defense Federation (Board of Directors). Mr. Holthus earned his B.A. degree from Wittenberg University and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.
JOSEPH T. MORDINO is a partner in the law firm of Faulkner & Tepe LLP, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is a board certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Mordino is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Ohio and Kentucky. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from St. Lawrence University and his J.D. degree from the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Mordino is a member of the Ohio Mediation Association, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, and the Kentucky Justice Association. He teaches a class on mediation at the Chase College of Law and is on the approved list of mediators for several local courts.
RHYS J. RICHARDS is a partner in the law firm of Casper & Casper LLC, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, negligence/insurance, employer intentional torts, employer violations of specific safety requirements, products liability, and workers' compensation.
