KEVIN R. DIAMOND is a shareholder with Thorndal Armstrong Delk Balkenbush & Eisinger. He has represented gaming, hotel and hospitality clients' interests risks since he began his legal career. Mr. Diamond currently represents numerous properties both on and off the Strip. He maintains a substantial premises defense practice for non-gaming clients, as well as a business law practice. Mr. Diamond is licensed to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. District Courts of Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the American and Clark County bar associations, as well as the Eighth Judicial District Mandatory Arbitration Program Panel and the Eighth Judicial District Short Trial Program Judge Pro Tempore Panel. Mr. Diamond serves as a private arbitrator and mediator. ROBERT A. NERSESIAN is a partner with Nersesian & Sankiewicz. His trial experience encompasses plaintiff’s cases in the area of intentional torts, and defense matters in his automotive practice. Mr. Nersesian has appeared before the United States Supreme Court, and there are over 40 published (Westlaw) decisions with his name appearing as an attorney. He is a chapter author of Nevada Appellate manual, participating author of Nevada Pattern Jury Instructions, and author of Law for Gamblers. Mr. Nersesian earned his J.D. degree from Wayne State University and his B.B.A. degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University.
YIANNA C. REIZAKIS is the founder of Legal Angel and the managing attorney. She has won multiple awards for her work in the legal field, including, but not limited to, being selected as Nevada Legal Elite and being included on top lawyer lists for My Vegas and Desert Companion magazines. Ms. Reizakis has been appointed as a judge for the Truancy Diversion Project and currently serves as a board member for the Howard D. McKibben Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
PAUL A. SHPIRT is an attorney and partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP. Mr. Shpirt focuses his practice in the area of general liability, hospitality and insurance defense with a focus on catastrophic injuries, spinal surgery, traumatic brain injury and fatality. He is also involved in handling complex commercial carrier automobile accidents, including the defense of taxi cab, limousine and bus companies. He is admitted to Nevada and Nevada Federal District Court. Mr. Shpirt is a member of the Clark County and the State Bar of Nevada, Nevada Justice Association, and National Trial Lawyers Association.
